We’re returning to Portugal for our second season — and after the incredible success of last year’s hub, we’re excited to welcome both returning and new families to this vibrant, family-friendly seaside experience.

Located just a 5-minute walk from the beach, our Portugal hub offers the perfect blend of community connection and personal freedom. Families can stay for as little as one week or settle in for a full seven months — it’s entirely up to you.

Where We Stay
Most families will be staying in a gated seaside condominium that features 1 - 3 bedroom fully equipped apartments with 24/7 security, shared outdoor spaces with gardens and 7 swimming pools, tennis court, football pitch and a strong sense of community. Older children often play freely within the safe and enclosed environment, forming close friendships that last beyond the hub. We will also have other apartments and villas available in the surrounding areas for all budgets.

How It Works
Each day, we offer optional meetups and activities — from nature outings to cultural experiences and relaxed hangouts. There’s no drop-off program for children; instead, parents and children join in together, creating a shared rhythm of exploration, learning, and fun. The hub welcomes children of all ages, and the diverse age range allows for unique inter-age friendships and group dynamics.

This hub is all about building lasting friendships — for both children and parents. After a hugely successful first season, many families are returning again, and the bonds formed last year have continued across countries and seasons.

Booking your stay with us

Bookings for our Portugal hub will open in September. Families who book their accommodation through me help support our hub, as I receive a small discount on my own rent with each reservation. Those who choose to arrange their own accommodation can still join the experience by making a direct contribution to the hub, (The amount will be updated once bookings open) after which they’ll be added to our private chat group where daily meetups are posted. Please note: the number of apartments available in our seaside condominium — our main base — will be limited, so early booking for those is recommended. Weekly Activity Schedule

Daily meetups and activities based on the weather and ages of kids with us at the time - all optional to attend. Activities including field trips, boat trips, kayaking, cliff walks, adventures, beach days, water parks, play dates at various locations, painting arts and crafts workshops for all ages - even adults, earthen building workshops, zip lining, free plays at our condominium any time of the day in between and more.

Relax in one of our 7 outdoor pools surrounded by vast green spaces with olive and palm trees, stroll through beautiful gardens, enjoy the tennis court or a football pitch.

Just 5-minute walk from the best beaches cafes and restaurants, a 10-minute walk to a stunning golf course and, it is the perfect place for outdoor learning and family fun.

Available from November 2024 to May 2025, with options to stay from one week to a few months at affordable prices.

Babysitting - upon request

Do you need someone to look after your child while you enjoy some time to yourself or focus on work? With my supervision, my two daughters (ages 10 and almost 14) are happy to help! Contribution: €10 per hour for babysitting. 

Babysitting for small children can be provided in our or your home, during the day or evenings.

This condominium is nestled in a serene and upscale neighborhood, offering a perfect blend of tranquility, safety and convenience. You'll find everything you need within easy reach. A local supermarket is right at the edge of the property, and just across the road, there's a 5-star hotel with a bar and restaurant for your dining pleasure. A variety of charming local restaurants and cafes are just a 10-minute stroll away.

For leisure, the beach and a pristine golf course are only a 5-minute walk from the condominium. If you're looking to explore nearby towns, Albufeira is a quick 12-minute Uber-Taxi ride, and Armacao da Pera is just 10 minutes away by car. Additionally, a large shopping mall, where you'll find a wide range of stores and amenities, is also 12 minutes by car. This prime location ensures that you're never far from the best the area has to offer.
